A-Mart U.S.A. will supply prize.
Prize will be at least a $70.00-or more value. Depending on the price of posting paid by sponsor.
A-Mart U.S.A. will ship prize to winner postpaid.
Contest will last a minimum of 12 weeks.
In the unusual case that a winner does not claim his prize, it will be awarded to
another contestant through a random drawing of all entries submitted.
A-Mart U.S.A. will post a banner or text ad on the contest entry page
with a link to the sponsors site.

Sponsors responsibility:
Sponsor will post answer to the contest
clearly on their homepage or within their website.
Sponsor will provide a link back to the
Contest Entry page of A-Mart U.S.A. to be found beside the answer to contest question.
Sponsor will maintain their site so as the answer and link to
contest page are available to entrants for the length of time that the sponsor agrees to
initially. If for some unforeseen reason sponsor must close their website before
contest is over, sponsor will contact A-Mart U.S.A. immediately. No refund in part
or whole will be made by A-Mart U.S.A.
Sponsor will not have pornographic, lewd, or otherwise
non-family oriented content within their site. (There is a zero tolerance to this.)
Sponsor will pay for the time limit of their banner or text ad
in advance of publishing.
Sponsor will provide a banner or text advertising not to
exceed 468x60 pixels or 10 lines of text. If you do not have a banner we can supply
you with one for the contest - no design charge.
Paid Banner or ad accepted in U.S.A. funds only.
NOTICE: The following types of sites are NOT
allowed to participate in A-Mart U.S.A. Contests or Sweepstakes: Sites NOT in the English
Language and/or targeting non english speaking visitors. Sites encouraging illegal
activity or racism, or other sites the administrators deem to be inappropriate.
Posting of your ad constitutes your acceptance of the rules
above.
All merchants will be sent a confirmation
notice when the winner accepts their prize.

Time
Limit Banner Will Be Posted: The time your banner or text ad will be posted depends on the value of the prize
you offer.
